2022-2025 Contract Wins
The SEA bargaining team was able to successfully negotiate the following in our 2022-2025 contract:
■ One of the highest pay scale in the area
■ An off schedule bonus when the district fund balance is above 20%
■ Kept MESSA insurance and reduced our share of the premium
■ Added two bereavement days per year
■ Increased pay for any overloaded elementary classrooms
■ Overload pay will begin earlier for secondary and elementary
■ Added an attendance incentive for teachers
■ Reinstatement of mentor pay
